To join a meeting using a meeting number:
- Navigate to https://www.webex.com.
- Open top right corner click on the Join button:
- Enter the meeting, session, or event number into the Meeting Number field.
- Enter your name, email address and the meeting password. (received by email)
- Click the Join button to join into the meeting.
If the meeting is not in progress, a message appears notifying you that ‘It is not time to join this meeting’ or ‘meeting has not started’.
